The New Hampshire Union Leader and the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire will honor 40 emerging leaders at a cocktail reception.

The young men and women were elected to the Union Leader’s ninth “40 Under Forty” class, a program that recognizes up-and-coming leaders with a record of professional and volunteer accomplishment in New Hampshire.

A list of recipients will be published in the Union Leader on Feb. 1.

The event is sponsored by Citizens Bank.
